1. Who we are
This website is operated by SAN Digital Solutions GmbH, Switzerland (see the imprint). The Expirella app is distributed through Apple's App Store; the seller is shown on the app's App Store page.
2. Using the app
Your use of the Expirella app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), together with these terms. If the two differ, the Standard EULA prevails for the app.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Expirella is free for up to 10 deadlines. Pro is available as a yearly subscription with a free 7-day trial, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are made and billed through Apple.
- The yearly subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple Account settings.
- If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
- When a subscription ends, your deadlines stay readable and exportable.
4. Reminders are a help, not a guarantee
Expirella helps you keep track of deadlines. It does not replace your own attention, and it is not legal advice. Whether a reminder arrives depends on your device and its settings (notifications, Focus, date and time) and on the dates you confirm. The dates in your receipts, contracts and the terms of the merchant or provider are always what count. Please check them yourself.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from a missed or late reminder, a wrongly entered or wrongly recognised date, or a missed deadline, in particular lost refunds, unwanted contract renewals or expired warranties. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any liability that cannot be excluded by law, remains unaffected.
6. This website
The content of this website is for information and is compiled with care, but we give no guarantee that it is complete, correct or up to date. Links to other websites, such as Apple's, are the responsibility of their operators. Texts, images and design of this website are protected by copyright; please ask us before reusing them.
7. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the app gets new features. The version published here applies.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of SAN Digital Solutions GmbH, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers.
